Great news for RMD fans – RMD is back to Nollywood and you will be seeing quite a bit of him in the coming months. The actor turned politician took a “break” from the industry after he was appointed as commissioner for culture in Delta State some years back.
However, he is gradually returning back to our screens. He already featured in two top productions – 30 days Atlanta which won the new era award at the 2015 AMVCA and has now been nominated for AMAA. RMD also plays the lead role in Oloibiri (yet to be released)- which depicts parts of the Niger Delta Struggle.
Yesterday morning, the dashing movie star arrived in New York to play a lead role in a cross-over/international film production being produced by Pascal Atuma for Nollywood Producers Guild and African Pictures Inc. and directed by John Uche. The movie also stars Annie Idibia (who has also been away from the movie scene for a while), Pascal Atuma and many more. See more photos after the cut..
